Most projects break down into the same four stages, no matter what their size. We work closely with our clients to ensure that they understand what these stages will be and how they will affect the final outcome.
Our procedure
The Brief.
A clear and comprehensive brief is essential to a well run project. We explore the amount our clients wish to be involved and adapt accordingly. We discuss the financial aspects of the project, and agree who may be needed on the Design Team including architects, lighting and audio visual designers, draughtsman and other specialists and contractors.
The Design Stage.
On a large project this may include a feasibility study but generally we move straight to the design proposals. From broad concepts we produce detailed design proposals, schemes and estimates for approval.
The Installation Stage.
We can co-ordinate the overall project, including all purchasing, supervision of work and installation. We advise whether it is necessary to employ a fully qualified project manager or CDM consultant for large scale building projects.
The Post Contract Stage.
After practical completion of the project we assist the client with any extra works which may be required, along with the purchase of the final accessories and other items which turn a house into a home.
