Mary Leslie has built up a team who can cover all aspects of residential design and has worked with many of them for over 15 years.

The size of Design Team depends on the project and, where her own skill set does not cover the brief, it may include:

Architects, draughtsmen, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers and designers, home automation, lighting and audio visual experts, kitchen and bathroom specialists, security systems designers, project managers, specialist planning consultants and visual artists.

Once the scope of works has been agreed Mary will discuss whether to opt for a negotiated contract or put building and decorating works out to tender. Her existing team covers all aspects of residential design, and the builders she prefers have fully qualified workmen able to execute top quality building projects from simple redecoration to complex million pound plus installations.

Mary’s Interior Decoration Service also includes all aspects of furniture, fittings and equipment (FF & E) including soft furnishing, upholstery, furniture, wall covering, carpets, decorative lighting and accessories. During installation the Company can also arrange for a full removals service.
